What's the difference between Free Sender and Full Sender?
Free Sender is a free membership with no credit card required. It includes dashboard access, profile access, limited Beginner content, Line Memory, Video Review and the chat room. Full Sender unlocks every pathway, the complete lesson library, all Sender Games, Mistake Finder, Rider Assessment, video reviews and all future premium updates.
How does the $2 first month offer work?
New Full Sender members pay just $2 for the first month. After that, your membership automatically renews at $19.99/month. You can cancel anytime. The offer is limited to one use per customer.
Can I cancel my Full Sender membership at any time?
Yes. Full Sender has no lock-in contract and can be cancelled through your membership settings. Your membership access and final billing date will follow the cancellation terms shown in your account.
Where do I purchase?
Full Sender Membership is purchased here on the Single Track Senders website. Once active, sign in to the app with the same account for full access. Free Sender is chosen during registration — no payment required.
Can I purchase Factory Sender immediately?
No. Factory Sender is a personalised coaching membership and requires an application first. Fyn will review your application and organise a personal call to discuss your riding, training, nutrition and goals. Together, you will build an initial game plan before deciding whether to continue with Factory Sender.
Do I pay when I apply?
No. Submitting an application does not require immediate payment. Payment is only arranged after the application, personal call and coaching plan have been reviewed and agreed upon.
Does applying guarantee acceptance?
No. Factory Sender has a personalised coaching process and may have limited availability. Applications are reviewed to make sure the membership is suitable for the rider and that enough coaching capacity is available.
What happens during the Factory Sender call?
You will speak directly with Fyn about your riding level, weaknesses, goals, weekly schedule, off-bike training, nutrition and upcoming events. You will then work together on an initial game plan and decide on the next step.
