COMPETITION RULES

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
• Participants must be a resident of one of the eligible Australian states: Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, or Western Australia.
• Participants must have an active Single Track Senders account with their competition state set in their profile.
• Participants must not be excluded from the draw (e.g. due to fraud or eligibility revocation).
• Employees and immediate family members of Single Track Senders are not eligible to participate.

Eligible participants can earn draw entries through approved activities within the Single Track Senders platform. Each activity awards entries according to the current reward schedule:

1. The winner is contacted using the email address associated with their Single Track Senders account.
2. The winner must respond within 14 days to claim their prize.
3. The winner's identity and eligibility are verified before the prize is awarded.
4. The winner must approve their public display name before it is published.
5. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected through the same random method.
6. The draw may be recorded and the recording may be published.

• Single Track Senders employs automated fraud detection to identify and flag suspicious entry patterns.
• Flagged entries are reviewed by administrators and may be reversed if found to be fraudulent.
• Participants found to be manipulating the entry system may have all entries voided and their account excluded from future draws.
• All entry transactions are recorded in an immutable audit trail for transparency and compliance.
• Draw snapshots are created at lock time with cryptographic hashing for integrity verification.
